RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. If you are exchanging, you must email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply reply to your order confirmation email with the details of your exchange.
In order to qualify for a return your item(s) must meet these requirements:
- All tags must be attached.
- Items must not have been worn or damaged or washed.
- Items with visible wear and tear or use cannot be returned.
Please return merchandise to the Elizabeth Smith Fashions Return Center address below.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.

- All items on SALE are final sales. All International orders are final sale.
- No exceptions.
- All leather and skins are final sale.
- International customers are required to pay their specific country's import fee. We are not responsible for country restrictions, closed borders, or additional taxes.
Elizabeth Smith Fashions reserves the right to decline the return of items if the above terms have not been followed. Elizabeth Smith Fashions also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 7 days.
